Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and efficient code for both front-end (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (C#) technologies.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with designers to curate an exceptional user experience, ensuring our applications are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Design and build scalable and secure APIs, implementing robust and efficient databases to support our applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Pair program with other engineers on the team, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest web development technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 8+ years in IT Software development experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles, with a focus on back-end development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks like React or Angular preferred).
  • Experience with a server-side language (C# preferred).
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with building and maintaining APIs (RESTful preferred).
  • Leadership or mentorship experience is preferred at this level.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a collaborative approach to timely resolution and effective communication.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to assess requirements and provide technical solutioning options and level of effort estimates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Continuous learning mentality and advocate for positive change.
Additional Experience:
  • Experience with Azure, AKS on Azure.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with DevOps principles and tools.
  • Experience with mobile development (iOS or Android).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with project tracking software (e.g., Jira).
