We are seeking a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our healthcare team in a dynamic and supportive environment. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care to patients, assess their needs, and develop individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' needs and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition.
- Valid RPN license in Canada.
- Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
