Core Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk - Deal Processing Specialist to join our team. As a critical member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions, including deal processing, data entry, and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deal Processing: Accurately process and post all sold vehicle deals in a timely manner.
  2. Data Entry: Enter invoice details, including amounts, payment terms, and expense categorization, into our accounting software.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions and related documents.
  4. Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including accounts payable aging reports and cash flow analysis.
  5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting policies and regulations, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role with high volumes of transaction processing.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in using spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn and use various technology.
