Job Summary:

CrucialLogics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Identity Expert to lead our efforts in a large-scale Entra ID and Active Directory services global rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Provide post-cutover support to clients after every major change control.
  • Provide training to clients or internal teams on deployed solutions, as needed.
  • Maintain all Microsoft certifications attained and build a roadmap to add more industry certifications as you grow with experience.
  • Maintain the CrucialLogics lab and be part of the setup, teardown, and maintenance of cloud resources as projects come and go.

Requirements:

  • University degree, college diploma, or demonstrable experience in the field of Information Technology.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of direct work experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory on-premises builds.
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
  • Customer service skills are an asset.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications like Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), MD-101 series, MSCE, would be an advantage.
  • Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
  • Able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
  • Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
