Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at ComForCare Home Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate analysis of data and current scientific findings.
- Provide interventions with a focus on achieving realistic client outcomes.
- Administer medications as needed and maintain accurate records.
- Initiate referrals to other healthcare professionals as required.
- Graduate of a Practical Nursing Program (2-year college certificate)
- Registered with the College of Nurses
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience
- CPR certified
- Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with provincial and/or Agency requirements
- Competitive hourly rate: $24-$25/hour
