Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at CHICK N JOY. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Co-ordination: Oversee the activities of our food preparation and serving staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols, as well as provide ongoing support and guidance to help them develop their skills.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage budgets for food, supplies, and labor costs, as well as estimate ingredient requirements for meal preparation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: A college education and at least one year of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Our restaurant is located in an urban area, and we require a supervisor who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Security and Safety: You will need to undergo a criminal record check and ensure that all employees adhere to our strict health and safety protocols.
