Floral Artisan

At Terra Plants & Flowers, we are seeking a highly skilled Floral Artisan - Plant Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for designing and creating exquisite floral arrangements and ensuring the highest quality of plants in our inventory.

The Floral Artisan - Plant Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining our company's reputation for exceptional plant care and creative floral designs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and crafting beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral arrangements using natural and artificial flowers, as well as decorative accessories.
• Selecting and maintaining high-quality plants, including monitoring their health and providing proper care.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A strong educational background, with a focus on horticulture or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the floristry industry.
• Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Familiarity with diversity and cross-cultural training, as well as cultural competency training.

We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual income of $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy:
