Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic seasonal sales associates to join our team for the holiday season (mid-August to January). If you have a passion for customer service and want to experience the warmth of Canadian hospitality, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the store team in creating exceptional customer experiences that allow clients to enjoy the outdoors year-round.
  • Participate in the execution of store functions related to customer experience and store activities.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with the store team.
  • Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
  • Contribute to increasing our client recommendation index (CRI) and other sales and service metrics, including conversion, average transaction value, and average units sold.
  • Contribute to increasing store units per transaction (UPT) by actively promoting 'new', 'low-performing', and 'strategic' categories.
  • Develop, maintain, and recommend personal relationships with clients through post-sale service and follow-up engagement.
  • Follow store operating procedures to minimize in-store losses.
  • Process all point-of-sale (POS) transactions in accordance with company standards.
  • Provide support in maintaining the overall physical store and adhering to standards.
Requirements
  • At least one-two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a customer-centric environment.
  • A good understanding of store activities and sales generation.
  • Previous work experience with successful and luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and task prioritization skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in a second language is an asset, preferably Mandarin.
