As an Employment Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Arranging work experience placements to introduce clients to employers and assess their workplace skills.
- Negotiating employment opportunities for clients, which involves creating new jobs or modifying existing positions to support client success and employer benefit.
- Issuing financial supports to ensure on-the-job success.
- Providing onsite support through job coaching to ensure individuals meet their full potential.
- Developing creative strategies to help individuals successfully retain employment for 52 weeks of follow-up.
- Managing a caseload, including case administration, case notes, and case contacts.
About the Role
This is a 35-hour per week position that requires flexibility and a strong work ethic. As an Employment Services Specialist, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to clients and employers.

Key qualifications for this role include:
- Relevant education and experience demonstrating ability to work with diverse populations, specifically individuals with disabilities.
- Previous work with clients who may be experiencing mental health challenges.

- Knowledge of Labour Market and local trends.
- Preferred: Working towards or holding a professional designation such as CCDP, RRP, etc.
