Account Manager for Axis Communications Products

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Inside Sales Account Manager at Axis Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and solutions within assigned territory. You will work closely with Regional Sales Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and stay up-to-date on product offerings and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders;
- Stay current on market trends and product developments;
Requirements
- Experience in a sales call centre environment;
- Commitment to external and internal customer satisfaction;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office, database systems, and CRM tools (CRM, Salesforce, Chat);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to execute;
- Responsible independent drive;
- Solid technical skills to include understanding of networking infrastructure;
