  • Repair Appliances: Perform repairs on electrical appliances and components using specialized diagnostic and programming apparatus.
  • Diagnose Faults: Use testing devices to diagnose faults in electrical appliances and components.
  • Prepare Estimates: Prepare written estimates of repair costs for customers.
  • Refer to Technical Documents: Refer to schematic drawings or product manuals to repair parts and troubleshoot issues.
  • Replace Components: Replace faulty components with new ones as needed.
  • Customer Communication: Advise customers on work performed and the condition of their equipment.


Requirements

  • Secondary Education: Possess a secondary school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Relocation and Travel: Be willing to relocate and travel as required.
  • Physical Demands: Be prepared for physically demanding work, including handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Color Perception: Possess the ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Bending and Kneeling: Be able to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and location.
