At Powernode Computer Inc., we are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to lead our organization's operational strategy and direction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
- Establish financial and administrative controls, and approve promotional campaigns and human resources planning.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
