Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at S B Arora Management Services Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and overseeing payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Teach interest or professional development courses
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Order merchandise
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Oversee payroll administration
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Ability to multitask
- Efficient interpersonal skills

- Team player
This is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.
