We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Bausch Health. As a key member of our Medical Affairs department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of our dermatology products portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Provide scientific and strategic support to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other healthcare professionals in the dermatology field.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, researchers, and professional organizations in the therapeutic area.
- Conduct KOL mapping and gain medical insights on current market trends, clinical practices, and patient flow.
- Evaluate research proposals and support the development and evaluation of preliminary protocols for investigator-initiated studies.
- Supervise the execution of investigator-initiated trials and provide scientific support for ongoing post-marketing studies.
- Support product and disease training for sales representatives and conduct scientific presentations for Bausch Health products.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to provide support for local initiatives, including educational programs and round tables.
- Report potential adverse event information and medical device incidents in a timely manner.
- MD, PhD, or Master's degree in health sciences or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a Medical Science Liaison or related field position.
- Experience with biological treatments and/or psoriasis and/or autoimmune diseases is an asset.
- Strong strategic thinking and networking skills, with a good business acumen.
- Good scientific background and excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Resourceful and flexible, with experience in cross-functional teams.
