Program Overview
Le Club Child Care Program is seeking qualified individuals to join our team as RECE's, EA's, and 1:1 Support Workers for our before and after school programs. With 14 locations in York Region, we provide a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children.

Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality care and education to children
• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Participating in ongoing professional development
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• An Early Childhood Education Diploma
• Current membership with the College of Early Childhood Education
• Minimum of 1 year related experience
• Current Standard First Aid / CPR Level C designation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Vulnerable Sector Screening
