Job Title: Excavator Operator

Thiara Construction and Logistics is seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Excavator Operator to operate heavy equipment in various locations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of blueprints, maps, and specifications, and be able to interpret them to plan methods or sequences of operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, to excavate and move earth and other materials.
  • Measure distance, volume, length, and weight of materials and equipment.
  • Complete onboard and other logs to track equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Secure special attachments to equipment as required.
  • Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment to coordinate with team members.
  • Operate hydraulic pumping systems to power equipment.
