Alexandra Hospital Ingersoll is seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and families.
- Develop and implement effective patient assessment and intervention plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Manage time efficiently and prioritize patient care needs.
- Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Utilize various programs and technologies, including Cerner, Powerchart, and Microsoft Office.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain a commitment to privacy.
- Meet the requirements for certification in BCLS, aseptic technique, sterile dressing changes, pharmacology, suture and staple removal, urinary catheterization, and I.V. management.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and good standing.
- Excellent attendance record and work ethics.
- Availability to work all shifts, including weekends, stat holidays, day, and evening shifts.
- Competitive salary as per the UNIFOR collective agreement ($37.23 per hour to $37.94 per hour).
