Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Trading & Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, courteous, and positive experiences for clients and business partners through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of industry-related information, product offerings, and platforms to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Actively respond to complex complaints and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  • Contribute to the maximization of Contact Centre efficiency by accurately documenting and tracking complaints, identifying knowledge gaps, and providing coaching opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including branch and third-party service providers, to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve service.
  • Participate in and support initiatives for Trading & Service and Scotiabank.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French is required.
  • Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing (DFOL) is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of technology used to support trading and service functions is an asset.
