Cleaner Responsibilities

  • Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, and detailed cleaning of various areas within the building, including lobbies, elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, fitness rooms, and tenant units upon vacancy.
  • The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols at all times.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year (dependent on experience)
