OSL Retail Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electronics Sales Supervisor to join our team. As an Electronics Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and service of electronic devices in our store. This includes managing a team of sales associates, ensuring operational procedures are carried out, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the sales and service of electronic devices, including TVs, computers, laptops, tablets, printers, cameras, drones, and video games.
  • Ensure operational procedures are carried out, including inventory control, cash flow, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales and service skills.
  • Manage weekly work schedules and address payroll, absenteeism, and vacation requests.
  • Ensure the store is always staffed appropriately and that team members are up to date on all operational guidelines and product knowledge.
  • Follow proper procedures for on-boarding and off-boarding employees as outlined by OSL Retail Services.
  • Lead by example and create an open-door environment that encourages teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Job Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extensive periods of time.
