About the Role:


East Side Grocery Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Retail Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, including merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service by training and motivating staff to meet high standards of customer care
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales assistants, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth

Requirements:



  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a retail or similar environment
  • Retail Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail principles, including merchandising, pricing, and customer behavior
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes to drive business growth

What We Offer:
