Job Title: Nanny

We are seeking a reliable and caring Nanny to join our team at the Douglas Family. As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children in the comfort of our own home.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care and attention to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and games to promote learning and development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, taking into account any dietary restrictions or allergies.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all necessary safety protocols and regulations.
  • Establish a daily routine that promotes structure and consistency, while also allowing for flexibility and spontaneity.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to keep up with the demands of childcare.
