Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Prepare Budgets and Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive the best value for their investment.
  • Coordinate Services: Arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and equipment replacement as needed.
  • Manage Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records, including receipts and invoices, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and flexibility
