As a Clinical Practice Nurse, you will work under the supervision of the Program Team Manager to deliver professional nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide independent nursing services, including administration of prescribed medical treatments and coordination of patient care and discharge.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in professional associations, such as the Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba, to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.
- Current CRNM registration.
- Recent acute Nursing experience required.
