Richibucto Food Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the financial health of the restaurant.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a financial management role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
