Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in all operational functions, including merchandising, loss prevention, and stock processing.
- Manage the team on the Store Manager's RDO, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Use your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team daily, focusing on excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Complete a 12-week training program to become BRA-FIT certified, enhancing your expertise in fittings and customer consultations.
