Are you passionate about machine vision technology and emerging technologies? We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Technical Support / Applications Engineer to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading international engineering company, specialising in machine vision technology. As the successful candidate, you will provide technical support to customers over the phone and via MS Teams, visiting customers as required to provide product training and support. You will also be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, performing feasibility studies in the laboratory, and supporting the sales team in Sensor and Machine Vision technology.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers over the phone and via MS Teams
- Visit customers as required to provide product training and support
- Support the sales team in technical queries
- Perform feasibility studies in the laboratory
- Support the sales team in Sensor and Machine Vision technology
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in optics, electronic manufacturing, robotics or similar, along with a good understanding and interest in AI technology. A full UK driving license is also required.
