We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes at Vitalbio.
In this Technical Leadership position, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the development and technology transfer of consumable manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Develop and implement effective process development and scale-up strategies;
- Lead the identification and mitigation of technical and schedule risks;
- Establish manufacturing processes and controls to ensure consistency and quality;
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in industry experience, specifically in introducing new products and processes into manufacturing.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategies for product development and design transfer.
