At Reliance Home Comfort, we're seeking a talented Field Operations Director to lead our service delivery team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As Field Operations Director, you will oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of our field operations strategy. Your expertise in process control, productivity, and quality improvement will help us maintain our industry-leading standards.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Lead a high-performing team of technical professionals and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they achieve their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics to inform business decisions.

What We Offer

We're proud to offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
