Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a passion for nursing and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of client-centered care, assisting individual clients and their families to respond to changing health care needs.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care in a variety of clinical settings
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver client-centered care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of clients
- Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote health and well-being
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Advanced preparation in the clinical specialty of the assigned area (e.g. emergency, perinatal, operating room)
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
