Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming experience for all patrons.
  • Share product knowledge and offer advice to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive, unpack, and display merchandise in a timely and organized manner.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring a smooth store operation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and AGLC regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold valid ProServe certification.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous retail experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consecutively, as there will be offloading of pallets.
