Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer retention, and enhance associate/doctor satisfaction.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Coach, develop, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee sales floor, merchandise, and visual appearance, ensuring compliance with company standards and brand guidelines.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Proper Licensure: Required
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, improve customer retention, and enhance associate/doctor satisfaction.
  • Retail or Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment, with a focus on sales, customer service, and team leadership.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, associates, and doctors.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
