About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team at Sterling Kitchens & Bath Inc. As a Cabinetmaker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cabinets and furniture pieces that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study plans and specifications to understand the requirements of each project
  • Trim joints and fit parts together to form complete units, ensuring a high level of precision and attention to detail
  • Sand and finish wooden surfaces to a high standard, applying varnish, veneer, or stain as required
  • Repair or restyle existing furniture and fixtures to meet customer specifications
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
  • Experience in cabinetmaking or a related field is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
