Department Manager

At RONA, we're committed to helping our customers bring their projects to life. As a Department Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise work according to set priorities and company requirements
  • Resolve customer issues while ensuring satisfaction
  • Carry out merchandising duties as directed by the Store Manager
  • Supervise the replenishment process
  • Manage promotional activities based on sales and company initiatives
  • Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility
  • Determine work schedules while complying with the established labour budget and ensuring customer needs are met
  • Coach, encourage, and motivate teams
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in personnel management
  • Experience managing a retail business
  • Strong leadership skills, resourceful and autonomous
  • Excellent communication skills
