Job SummaryThe Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing technical solutions to meet those needs. This includes working with clients to identify requirements, documenting technical requirements, and designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
- Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
- Resolve conflict situations.
- Usability testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business systems analysis or related field.
- Strong understanding of business processes and technical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- AutoCAD Certification.
- IBM Certification.
- Network+ Certification.
- Information Systems Professional (ISP) certification.
