About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiologist to join our team at Amplifon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care and providing personalized hearing solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing tests and interpret results to recommend suitable hearing aid solutions
  • Counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology and help them identify a solution that meets their needs and lifestyle
  • Build strong relationships with clients through a caring and personalized experience
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technology to provide ongoing hearing health education
  • Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach and partnerships
  • Contribute clinical expertise to corporate initiatives and projects
What We Offer

We provide a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, plus bonus and commission opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes dental care, disability insurance, employee assistance program, extended health care, paid time off, RRSP match, store discount, and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements

We are looking for a certified Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiologist with a graduate degree from a recognized program. You must be registered and in good standing with the applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body. Students and recent graduates who are completing their licensure requirements are encouraged to apply.
