Job Title: Flatbed Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team at Hesmer Transport. As a Flatbed Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods
Requirements:
  • AZ class license
  • Bill of lading
  • Driver logbook
  • Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip)
Work Environment:

As a Flatbed Truck Driver at Hesmer Transport, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods and materials.
