Job Description

This role is a key part of our People and Culture team, responsible for developing and implementing cultural integration strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for creating inclusive environments and driving business growth through effective people management.

The role involves:

  • Leading cultural integration initiatives to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new colleagues;
  • Collaborating with senior leaders and HR teams to develop and implement effective onboarding programs;
  • Building relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and foster a positive company culture;
  • Providing coaching and guidance to new colleagues to support their transition into the organization;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in human resources or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute complex projects on time and budget;
  • A deep understanding of organizational development and change management principles;
  • A strong passion for creating inclusive environments and driving business growth through effective people management;
