Job Title: Course Instructor

Nipissing University is seeking a qualified Course Instructor to join our team in the School of Social Work.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced instructor to teach courses in Social Work. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, evaluating student performance, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver instruction and evaluation for assigned courses
  • Meet with students outside of regular classroom hours
  • Complete mandatory training requirements and adhere to university policies
Qualifications:
  • PhD in Social Work or related field (preferred)
  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Relevant teaching experience at the post-secondary level
  • Registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
  • Minimum of two years practice experience in Social Work or related field
