The Better Way Inc. is seeking a skilled Lawn Care Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our outdoor spaces are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions and installations
  • Tie and secure plants to prevent damage
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a healthy appearance
  • Cut grass to maintain a neat and tidy lawn
  • Rake and collect refuse to keep our outdoor spaces clean
  • Remove litter and garbage to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
