We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at Garcia Residence. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and supervision to children in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Develop and implement engaging activities and games to promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, taking into account any dietary restrictions or allergies.
- Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes regular times for meals, rest, and play.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition of care and to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized home environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- 1-2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
The Child Care Provider will work in a home-based setting, providing care and supervision to children in a safe and nurturing environment. The work schedule will be approximately 35-40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the children and the family.
Language:The primary language spoken in the home is English, and the Child Care Provider must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with the family and children.
