- Expect a lively atmosphere with various sounds and aromas.
- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Order necessary food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the required ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service meet established standards.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for operations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports as needed.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5 to 10 individuals.
Security and SafetyA basic security clearance is required for this position.
