Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, with experience in managing clinic operations, supervising staff, and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless delivery of healthcare services.
  • Supervise a team of 1-3 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care.
  • Communicate test results and interpretation to patients through initial consultations and follow-up appointments.
  • Report directly to the owner on clinic operations, preparing weekly/monthly sales reports to track performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with advances in nutritional and health fields, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
  • Ensure all responsibilities are carried out in accordance with company policies, operational standards, and ethical values.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingualism in written and spoken French is an asset.
  • Ability to analyze patient data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient care, with a focus on developing strong client relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience in managing profit and loss responsibility.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on years of clinical experience and professional background, plus bonus based on performance.
