We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
