Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Brampton Distribution Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers, ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and guidance to warehouse staff, including selectors, reach truck operators, and shipper-receivers;
- Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to Occupational Health and Safety regulations;
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance;
- Perform administrative tasks, including productivity reports, load discrepancy reports, and inventory reconciliation;
- Ensure excellent customer service, addressing store needs and concerns in a timely manner;
- Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies;
- Maintain facility cleanliness and security, including opening and closing procedures;
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve warehouse success factors, including labor productivity, auditing, and inventory accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role;
- Lift Truck and Health and Safety training and certification, or willingness to recertify;
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
