About the Role

As a Data Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert guidance on optimizing campaign processes
  • Designing and implementing foundational campaign tables using SQL, Python, and PySpark
  • Collecting new data points from VWO via API integration to evaluate campaign performance
  • Ensuring daily updates to assign fresh users to campaigns
  • Building databases to support champion/challenger campaign strategies
  • Enhancing existing data infrastructure to automate campaign launches
  • Setting up environments for deploying reinforcement learning algorithms to manage campaigns

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and strategic influencing abilities, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in a data analysis role
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI
  • Familiarity with AWS and coding with Spark/PySpark
  • Experience with Airflow for workflow management
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and integrity
