About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Snit Enterprises Ltd. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, physically demanding conditions, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently, punctuality, client focus, dependability, organized, reliability, and honesty.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, such as housing, transportation, storage, childcare, and winter clothing.
  • Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees, including facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
Support for Youths
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
