At Integrity Resource Management Limited, we are seeking a skilled Master Carpenter to join our team. As a key player in our construction projects, you will be responsible for creating the framework of buildings, ensuring that every structure is solid and secure. Your expertise will be crucial in bringing our designs to life, and your attention to detail will be vital in meeting our high standards.

• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to create the framework of buildings.
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to provide a solid base for our constructions.
• Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites, ensuring that every project is completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Survey building locations and levels, using your expertise to ensure that every structure is aligned and level.

• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade.
• Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to instruct apprentices and work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliability, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to handle heavy loads, work at heights, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
