Job Title: Database Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team at Canadian Systems Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our database systems to ensure optimal performance and data security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop database systems to meet business requirements
  • Implement and maintain database security protocols to protect sensitive data
  • Optimize database performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing
  • Develop and implement data administration policies and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database systems meet business needs
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in database administration
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems and software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Access, Networking security, Servers, Programming software, Database software, Programming languages, Data analysis software, MS Office, MS Windows
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks is essential.
