About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Luc Enterprise Ltd. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials to create structures
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Maintain and repair residences and wooden structures in various settings
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the trade
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy environments, and outdoors
Work Environment

This role requires working in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial construction sites, and may involve working at heights, in noisy environments, and outdoors.
